What this project is
Triple Triad Online is an independent reimplementation of the Triple Triad card game, which first appeared in Final Fantasy VIII and later in Final Fantasy XIV. It is developed and distributed free of charge, with no in-app purchases, no advertising and no monetisation of any kind.
This project is unaffiliated with Square Enix. Final Fantasy, Triple Triad and the names, characters and visual elements that come from them are the property of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. Nothing here is endorsed, sponsored or approved by them.
If a rights holder considers that something in this project goes beyond that, the contact address below is the right one, and a reasoned request will be acted on without waiting for a procedure.
The code
The source is public:
- the client, the game application;
- the server, which referees matches and keeps the accounts;
- the rules engine, shared by both;
- this site.
The links are in the footer.
Hosting
The site and the game server run on a VPS rented from OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — telephone: 1007 (+33 9 72 10 10 07 from outside France).
OVH hosts the machine; it does not publish what runs on it. A question about the site, the game or anything in it goes to the publisher below, not to the host.
Publisher and contact
This site is published in a personal, non-professional capacity by Lunatic Chimera, who is also the publication director.
Contact: lunaticchimera@gmail.com
It is the project’s only address, and it covers everything: a question about the game, a request about your personal data, a rights holder’s claim.
Your data
What this service records about you, why, and how to erase it is described separately, on the Your data page linked in the footer.
